2. Products & Services

  • All products are custom-made and may vary slightly from images displayed.
  • We do our best to accurately describe and represent each product.
  • Orders are subject to availability and may be declined at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Full payment is required before production begins.
  • Payments are processed securely via PayFast.

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not started.
  • No refunds are offered for personalised or custom items once production has begun.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer local delivery and nationwide courier services.
  • Delivery times may vary and are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns for personalised or custom-made items unless faulty.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

8. Limitation of Liability

Bitz n Pieces Crafts is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
